A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
"I have always been interested in natural remedies and nature. As a child my Romanian grandmother taught me how to make skincare using traditional ingredients, such as oats and calendula flowers.
I started Evolve Organic Beauty in 2009 with the idea to create a natural and organic beauty range that would help people live a little greener every day. My mission was to make affordable, highly sensorial products that deliver effective results, yet are healthier and kinder for you and the planet.”
- Laura Rudoe, founder of Evolve Organic Beauty
EVOLVE HEALTHIER
We use the best ingredients that nature has to offer, and over 40 of our products are COSMOS certified organic or natural.
We believe that organic ingredients are better for the soil as well as better for you and your skin as they have been grown without harmful pesticides.
Organic ingredients have also been shown to have more antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, making them more nutritious and efficacious for your skin.
EVOLVE GREENER
From the ingredients we source, the packaging we use, the waste that we create and our own wonderful team, we understand that what we do has an impact: both positive and negative.
We work with projects in the Amazon rainforest to offset our carbon emissions, use 100% renewable energy in our eco studio in Hertfordshire and are working towards both our zero waste and net zero goals.
EVOLVE KINDER
Our products use the beauty of nature to bring a little pot of happiness to your everyday routines. From delicious textures to relaxing aromas found in natural fragrances, Evolve Organic Beauty products allow you to take back control of your time and indulge in a moment of self care every day.
We are proud to be Leaping Bunny and Vegan Society approved, so whilst you’re indulging in your new jar of organic goodness, you can be assured that not only are we kind to your skin, but animals too.
EVOLVE BETTER
We’re now a certified B Corp! To become a B Corp we have passed a rigorous assessment, which didn’t just evaluate our products; it assessed the whole of our business, which means that we’ve met high standards of social and environmental performance.
Our team is at the forefront of our business. We employ over 30 people from 12 different nationalities. The majority of senior roles are held by women with women making the vast majority of our team. We are living wage and living hours certified which means everyone is paid a real living wage and we do not use zero hours contracts.
