Order issues and refunds

We have a 90 day no quibble returns policy. 

We've extended our policy as we know how tricky it can be to find a product that works well for someone's skin, so we want to give you the chance to make sure your purchase is right for you or your gift recipient without worrying.

However, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know via our contact form within 14 days to ensure we are able to help with your request. 

If you'd like to return your product for any other reason, you can also get in touch via our contact form. Please let us know your order number and the reason for returning your product.

This does not apply to items purchased from the Evolve outlet, when the outlet is running. If you have purchased any items from the outlet we are only able to refund your purchase if the item arrives broken or damaged.
