How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before your next order date through your subscription account by following these four steps:

Head to your account to manage your subscription and then choose 'cancel’ for the subscription you'd like to cancel.

Choose a reason for cancellation and confirm .

How can I see if I'm subscribed?

You can manage all you subscriptions here

Your subscription will be listed in your account.

How do I skip my subscription?

You can manage your subscription here

Just select 'skip' and confirm your choice. You can either gift your subscription to someone else by simply entering their address. Or select how long you would like to skip your subscription for. 

You can skip an order up to 24 hours before the upcoming order date.

Do you offer a subscriptions on all products?

We offer subscriptions on all full-sized products. The offer excludes bundles and kits, travel size and supersize products.

How can I change my subscription date?

You can manage your subscription here

Just select 'Next Order Date' and pick your desired date. 

You can adjust your order up to 24 hours before the upcoming order date.

How do I set up a subscription?

Next to the selected product you will see the option of ‘One time purchase’ or ‘Subscribe’. Tick the box for ‘Subscribe’ and alter the frequency of how often you want to receive the product to suit you.

How frequently can I choose to receive a subscription?

You can choose to receive your subscription order frequency. Choose from every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months. This can be altered on the drop-down menu on the product page when you go to purchase.

Can I change the frequency if I am running low or using less than expected?

Yes, you can alter the frequency via your subscription confirmation email in ‘Manage subscription’. In your Account you'll be able to select 'Ship Now' if you are running low on product, skip your order if you have too much or pick the next order date that you prefer. You will also receive an email 4 days before your next charge date where you can edit your subscription.

When will I be charged for a subscription order?

You will be charged based on the timeframe that you have selected for your subscription order. You can view your subscription status in your account or via the ‘Manage subscription’ in your subscription confirmation email.

Will I be able to edit the products on subscription orders?

Yes, you can edit and update individual products via your account or via your subscription confirmation email under ‘Manage subscription’. You will also be able to add one time add on products to your subscription order to make the most of your subscription.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

You can ‘skip’ a subscription date and change the frequency via your Evolve Beauty account or via your subscription confirmation email under ‘Manage subscription’.

How do I update my subscription payment method?

You can change your payment method via the ‘Manage subscriptions’ link on your subscription confirmation email or via your Evolve Beauty account.

What type of shipping method will be used?

We use Royal Mail 1st Class (Untracked) shipping to ship subscription orders which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive.

Will returning a subscription order cause it to cancel the auto delivery?

Returns do not cancel auto-delivery. In order to cancel your auto-delivery for your subscription order, you will need to cancel your subscription within your customer portal.

Will I get reminder emails about my subscription orders?

Yes, you will be sent a reminder email 4 days before your card is charged for renewal. To ensure your reminder email is not missed, ensure that any emails coming from Evolve Beauty are not flagged as junk/spam in your email provider.

Will my subscription order automatically send me tracking once shipped?

Yes, tracking details will be provided in your order confirmation.
